About Me
I’m passionate about improving social mobility through public policy, organisational change and professional development. This has been the focus of my career but also motivates my efforts to support first-generation professionals.
As someone committed to supporting social mobility, I focus on empowering first-generation professionals to navigate, thrive, and lead in organisations. Through my work, I aim to break down barriers, share implicit rules of the game, and help build pathways for first-generation professionals to to succeed with confidence and authenticity.
I’m strongly driven by the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to fulfil their potential no matter where they started in life, which is motivated by my own journey of growing up in a low-income family and low opportunity environment.
Your background doesn’t have to hold you back.
There is a huge amount of research showing the range of ways an individual’s background influences their outcomes. But it doesn’t have to be that way…
With the right tools, support and mindset anyone can make significant progress in their career and lives more generally.
