Hi – Mohammed here! On this site I talk about all things related to social mobility and professional development.

As a high academic achiever from a lower socio-economic background, I made my way into a career as a Government Economic Adviser. I now produce a range of content that draws on research, career insights and lived experience.

I also work with first generation professionals to accelerate their career progression through coaching and professional development training. This is one-to-one or through their organisations.

Ultimately, I’m driven by the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to fulfil their potential no matter where they started in life and would love to hear from you if you share this passion.
